These Terms and Conditions are for the supply of goods through the TwistedGemJewelry online store (twistedgemjewelry.com) and shall apply to all contracts entered into by TwistedGemJewelry (“Twisted Gem Jewelry”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). Any cremation piece automatically agrees to the fact that there will be remains used in said piece and no legal repercussions can be presented under any circumstances. By placing your order with me, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

I will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless required by law to do so.

Returns are not accepted, because I make each piece of jewelry by hand and don’t rely on machines or production, the imperfections in handcrafted jewelry may show in the breastmilk/cremation jewelry I handcraft for you. For example, you may see tiny bubbles in your stone, or the edging or shape of your stone may be off, or the color/color flakes within your stone may not be distributed evenly. I strive each time to craft the perfect piece, but these imperfections and others are normal, I’m human. Each piece I create has its own story. No two pieces are the same.

After placing an order, you will receive detailed instructions on how to mail your breastmilk/ashes/hair.
